FIBUA TERRORIST COMMANDER
haha!!!! man..today has been one of the most fun days of my ns life! us 4 ooc fellas were tasked to be enemies for this fibua assault exercise for some pro term wing. the location was a derelict hdb area someplace in the lim chu kang area. funny thing was that right across the road we cld see bangla and chinese factory workers loading up their buses heading off to work. they enjoyed one hell of a free show today haha!
they inserted us at around 4am i think..bloody pitch dark. we went around the block with our electric lanterns putting up figure 15s all about the rooms and alleys. spooky place i tell you. cant imagine being put there alone. when tt was done, we drew 200blanks each and camped out 2-a-team in different sectors. but it was still damn early!
haha..we ended up snoozing by a big hole in the wall facing the enemy's approach direction. a lot of false alarms la...all thanks to the banglas across the road casting shadows and making noise as they boarded their vehicles. then finally we heard rustling, REAL rustling.
siala..they were breaching the fence. we cld see shadows (it was dark la but not nearly as dark, bangla workers across the street what..they had lights on in their building ) in the bushes. so we just fired off some rounds. hahaha! they panicked sia. "enemy in the building!!" then you see the bushes light up with laser sights pointing in our direction as they returned fire. so cool.
after exchanging a few bursts of fire each, we moved off to another unit. then out nowhere we heard gpmg fire. turns out they set up a firebase across the road, where the banglas were!hahaha! so we played with them a little too. damn, firing in enclosed spaces made the blanks sound as loud as live rounds. ear-splitting.
and after all the dust settled and we got tired of engaging the cadets, the instructor put us into another block adjacent to the one we were occupying to re-engage the cadets. haha. basically just to finish up our rounds. so we shot and shot and shot some more. what made it fun was the fact that everyone was play-acting as though we would really get hurt if the shots were to have hit us.
then finally we were close to finishing our rounds. the instructor made me take one of my own 'men' as hostage to negotiate with the cadets. haha. ruthless sia. but they got me from the back as i was negotiating with the second guy ( i shot the first fella point blank in the head)]
all in all, a pretty fun day =)
